I don't quite understand what do you mean by "upload a custom map into overgrowth". Is it sharing your map with others, here in forum, or do you want your custom map to appear in the main menu?
Or does it mean something else?
There is a
mod that you may have heard of. With this tool you have access to
Community Content Browser List where you can download custom maps and mods made by other community members.

Because the forum don't know that you are a preorderer yet. You have to follow
this simple tutorial to get into the secret preorder forum and modding subforum.
