Black Shades: Security detail mod

I want to make a mod for Black Shades that would
1: Add the ability to recruit friendly bodyguards to assist you in your defense of the VIP
agents also "type" call outs in a "chat" Example "Target spotted"
2: New Modes
like Sandbox, Counter assassination (defend your VIP while killing the other team's VIP, assassination (just kill the other team's VIP)
3: Classes: Choose these for you (and agents) pre mission, they have different loadouts of weapons and are customizable.
