Pretty much a guaranteed no.

However, the community has created a number of human characters, for example the main character of Mirror's Edge, some characters from the game Oni, an example character used for a tutorial on making custom characters and the main character of the Sintel project. Many of them can be downloaded with the SUMLauncher.
