Help With Steam Version of Overgrowth

Post by MovieMagic » Wed Dec 18, 2013 9:09 pm

Hey something is wrong with the game menu in Overgrowth on Steam. I can't seem to lower or change any graphical changes. I'm trying to make the game so its not as laggy but I can't do anything about it. If there are any answers out there that would be awesome.

There should be a config file somewhere that you can edit. It's in Your Documents for the non-Steam version, but I think it might be the same for Steam version. It's worth a try, at least. Go to My Documents/Wolfire/ and look for a text file called config.

I don't think there's a working in-game settings screen yet (I hear it's coming soon though).

For now, Steam users had to wait till the keys come out to have access to SPF, then download SUMLauncher. It has a config for graphics, if I didn't wrong.

You register your account first as an preorderer then download SUM Launcher. And then you can use SUM Launcher's community content browser to download custom maps.

Some have said that, when they bought Overgrowth from the steam and they click on Overgrowth in the Steam library to see the Steam CD key to get access into humble bundle page, then they don't see the option for CD key.
Anyway, there are no differences between Steam version and regular download version.
