Is it possible in any way to pre-order Overgrowth with an Amazon Gift-Card? I can't find the option anywhere.

I don't think so, because the game isn't being sold on Amazon atm.

not sure about giftcard, but buying the game is possible with amazon payment system http://www.wolfire.com/overgrowth/preorder
