I think Vale has been informed of this plenty of times and decided that these price differences are justified based on different taxes. Of course, this doesn't make much sense, because those prices are the same for countries that have different taxes, so the message to take away from it is, Valve doesn't give a shit.
Precisely why I check the developers' website, GOG, Humble Store and Origin before even considering buying a game from Steam.
