4K Ultra HD Resolution Display

I have I a samsung ativ book 9 plus, and the game runs great on my laptop. However, I can't play in full screen, if I enable full screen only the upper left portion of the screen is displayed. Is it due to the fact that my laptop is 4k? How can I fix this? My screen resolution is 3200 x 1800.
Any ideas on what to do.
