Yeah, I could be wrong, I just think I recall him saying something along those lines anyway.

Wow, you've managed to turn Gramps into a compliment. Thanks for clearing that up. :)

I really don't see why you keep drawing attention that Jeff named us both Gramps for being annoying.

…And you've just turned it back into an insult again… Did you notice that I was agreeing with you?

F*** you nay-sayer.

In other news, I'm really excited about this sequel. Just playing that Empire campaign made me wonder how awesome Lugaru would be with a little more depth of gameplay/setting...and seeing the progression of the engine makes me tingle.

QFT

Despite the lack of progress by David and team due to David's college work, I can't help but check the forums incase some new word of the future plans has been revealed.

No luck yet. Might try those new campaigns.

I'm not sure this is blogworthy yet so I will just post it here: evolved breakdancing . I am working on truly physics-based animation, and this is what I have so far :)

I think something inside me broke when I saw that - my first reaction was

"Argh! Get it off me! Getitoffgetitoff get it o-o-o-ff!"

On the other hand its quite amazing to see genuine physics stuff at work no matter how bizarre. Seeing it run all together on the new engine is a surreal experience.

you know what they say... you have to learn how to dance before you learn how to walk (or something like that)

Oh my god my stomach started to hurt from how hard I was laughing at that video. I don't know why, I just watched it for like 5 seconds and burst out in a fit of laughter. The silly gyrating motions probably did it. Like GaGrin touched upon in his post, it kinda looks like he's got ants in his pants or something.
