How long?

Post by Maxim » Fri Jan 11, 2008 4:44 pm

I was just wondering how long it took for all of you to receive your registration code after you purchased Lugaru. On the site it says 2 hours to 1 day, but it's been nearly 2 days since I purchased my copy but received no code. Is David normally slower than the site says or should I try to contact him in-case somehow he didn't receive the payment (did pay Paypal, did get a notification saying the payment went through).

2 days isn't that unusual, depending on your time zone (Maybe) and the time you sent the payment. Just give it time, he'll get round to it.

Please send me an email if you don't have your registration code within an hour or two. We just set up an automatic registration system a couple days ago that sends out codes instantly, but it had a bug (now fixed) that prevented it from sending registration codes properly.

If you don't have a registration code then you probably bought it during that period. Please send me an email from the same address you used for Paypal, and I will send you your code and a refund for waiting so long :)

I was actually half expecting that too.

We make the error of thinking that there are no people with legitimate problems coming to the forum. It happens occasionally.
