Gametrailers, simple as, I was drawn by the amount of in-jokes that occurred in their map making video.

It was fun chatting with you on meebo today Uberbeard. Welcome and I hope you'll continue to visit us.

PS

It was my beatboxing that did the trick right? Joking. I'm glad the beatboxing didn't scare you away.

I saw a friend play lugaru and it looked cool and he's such a tightwad he wouldn't let me play so I downloaded it on my own computer and got hooked

that wasn't me was it? I used to play lugaru around friends a lot, course that was a few years ago and I let them play so it probably wasn't.

I found out about it right around the time Lugaru was released. The site looked quite different back then ;)
I think I might have originally found it through www.MacGameFiles.com I really don't remember at all.

I found out about Wolfire when I downloaded "Lighting's Shadow" from macgamefiles.com. That was a fun game (I've probably played it more than Lugaru) and from there I found out about "Black Shades" and a little game called "Sword Fighting"? if I remember correctly; eventually I found out about "Lugaru," and that was cool too.

I was looking for a free Risk-type game for mac. Saw a picture of rabbits fighting eachother on Macgamestore(?) and of course clicked. Demo was good enough to convince me to spend money.

@John - I do beatboxing (or 'vocal percussion') for a cappella, so I very much appreciated it in the video :)

I found it through lightnings shadow, I got that off a macformat cd ages ago, I really liked it and around 4 years ago I decided to run a background check on it. Then I found lugaru!
