Wolfire team, seeing that list, do post-effects exist yet?

Post effects was on that list of config settings but it's set to false by default. Have they been implemented yet or..?

Yeah, Richie, I'm assuming that's what they are. Could make for some interesting gameplay. Halo 3 had something like that that came with the Mythic Map Pack.

It is funny how everyone immediately gets out of their self-centered "my-alpha-version-software-doesn't-work-fuck-the-world" bitch phase after Jeff offers a refund.

Also, great composure on Wolfire's part. I don't know if I would be able to do that.

Unlike the rest of us, I'm not sure it's in their best interests to give in and get angry at the people buying their product.

On another note, it's extremely selfish to demand the team to focus on your problems rather than their problems. They'll get around to optimisation options when they're ready, not any sooner. No guarantees were made that this thing would work on any computer. Also, once there are optimisation options, don't expect it to run smoothly on your PC if you don't upgrade it in some way.

:( Aye.

Half the reason I don't bother kicking up a stink over the lack of PPC support is the fact that I strongly suspect my computer doesn't have the muscle to run it anyway.
