Is the blog messed up, or are they updating differently?
There were two updates on the 15th, none for the 16th, and then two for the 17th. One did appear on the 16th, but it claimed it was for the 15th.
I guess it doesn't really matter because we still get a blog update a day...

What it doesn't say is what time of day they post.
Wolfire doesn't have a set time of day to post, but i'm fairly certain that mostly their posts are very early in the morning or very late at night, so you could have a post just post-midnight on the 15th and then pre-midnight, just before the 16th, causing both posts to technically be on the 15th.
Also do keep in mind that time-zones make a difference. It could have been the 16th for you already while it was still the 15th for them.
But as I said, they don't have a set schedule, and sometimes you might get two posts on the same day even closer together, or more likely they're a little slow one day, and so make up for it another.
