Wolfire Android Application
Alright, here's a few screen shots of my work-in-progress Android application for the Wolfire Blog. My main goal in making the application was to familiarize myself with the Android SDK, but the application itself allows me to easily check the latest blog entry every morning without trying to load the entire page on my phone's small screen.
The UI is fairly basic. I was planning to add extra highlighting for posts you had not read, along with caching of blog posts for reading them offline. Both would be fairly complicated, so I probably won't add them too soon, unless there's some kind of overwhelming support.
Also if anyone wants to submit a better looking icon then what I could whip up in Paint.NET, feel free to have a go.
It's not quite on the market yet, I still have a few finalizations to do.

Is there a way I can port this to the iPhone?

Absolutely positively not.
The two OS's are very different. It's a completely different format.

The application is now online, and available. You can find it by searching "wolfire" in the market.

The Droid Eris is only $79 (with a plan). Probably one of the better Android phones. Though the Nexus One basically blows anything else out of the water.
