Preordered Overgrowth but no alpha key or SPF

Hi guys! im new here and have been a long time fan of wolfire games.
Well i just preordered Overgrowth and i guess im suppose to instantly receive an email from Wolfire but i hadnt got it.

So i was just wondering how long did it took for you guys who preordered to receive the email?

The 'instantly' is the mistake, there... it might take quite a while. I know mine did.
If it persists in not existing, though, you are free to ask the devs what went wrong and they'll have it fixed up soon enough.
