You need to register your forum account so that the forum knows you are a preorderer.

Did you create forum account before preordering? If you did not, you'll have to manually connect using the Humble Bundle site.

You checked the instructions in Anton's link, Sir Waffle 'Fantasticname' Waffleton?
You do appear to have the preorderer's badge, which should mean you have unrestricted access.
