Playing lugaru after OS reinstallation

I have reinstalled my OS on my computer where I installed lugaru.
I want to play lugaru but from where I stopped playing before reinstalling the OS.
So, what should I do?
I tried to simply click on the lugaru executable but it said it is missing fmod.dll?

Just to clarify, have you tried reinstalling Lugaru?

No I didnt, just wanted to make sure I am not going to delete my progress in the game.

Perhaps try to reinstall Lugaru (without deleting the old version), and see if the new version works. If so, move Lugaru/Data/Users from the old version to the new.
