I contacted him a while back and he said he planned to continue working on it, but had a lot of other projects ahead of this one.

It's okay with the killin' Soviets. After Lenin, they got pretty corrupt. I'll let that one slip.

Btw does it contaid guns? more than 3 weapons would be great also and the main question is it for lugaru or for overgrowth?

Don't bump dead thread with nothing to add. Most of us have marked this as unreleased and not given it another thought. This is in the Lugaru forum because we make mods for Lugaru right now. There's a reason NO mod contains guns. And lastly, there still exists a three weapon max for builds of Lugaru.
