You can't make turner explode, but you can make others explode. For American keyboards it's I, but I'm not sure about yours...
Edit: Wait... "I" only explodes the head. Shift > I makes the whole bunny explode .

Exploding bunnies have the force of a fragmentation grenade, too. Exploding heads do no damage at all AFAIK.

Are you sure? I've had him falling for a minute and a half with some map editor mistakes, and he didn't splat 
. You can make him splat if you rag doll on the edge of the tower on the first level. You go flying straight for the ground and splat in the bushes below
