One more thing - for your next campaign. When making dark levels, consider tinting everything blue instead of just making it dark. AKA "hollywood night". That way, it looks nightish, but the player can still see pretty well.

Also, a hotspot that tells you what player you are currently using at the start of each level would be kind of cool. Sometimes I got confused.

*nods*
That's what he looks like on mine as well.
Though, I kinda got used to it - kinda like it, even.

I can't see the picture. Actually, I can't connect to geocities at all.
Between this and a couple other things, I'm wondering if my connection is not at fault. It does weird things, like treating Chinese and non-Chinese sites differently; plus, you may know the Party censors sites that contain "inadequate" content and blocks access. Perhaps geocities.

So I still can't post on the wiki, but if I'm the only one, better forget it. :?

Oh wow! You're telling me that the browsers in China are bias? That's hella funny! Hey you should try going to one of those Korean game sites and see if there's a big difference between the international and korean webpages (I tried going onto the Korean versions of those, and it kept giving me lip about how firefox wasn't "asian enough" to view them, sorry that has nothing to do with Asia at all). Hey maybe it's the government that sensors the sites, is China still a comunism? -have you noticed anything different from your stay there? (can't really know what 'different' is, compare it with america/New York. You live in New York right? Jack gets me confused when he makes himself call Jack a moron.) I haven't been keeping up with current politics.
(Man, when IS it a good time to use Mr. Green?)

Oh yeah, Shan does look like that! I thought it was like a cool optical illusion layer on him, does look a bit awkward though.

And yes, China is communism (I'm not sure "still communism" is really politically correct :? )

Thanks for the pic. Does he look like this in every level he shows up? That was definitely not intentional.

It looks like the texture is a .png, but has no alpha channel. It could be loading the RGB image as if it is RGBA, so the channels are getting confused.

That makes perfect sense. I converted it from a jpg at some point, and probably didn't create the alpha channel. Thanks for the info!

I think I replaced all the things for the temple campaign correctly, but when i clicked on the begin new campaign, it just showed me the register/buy screen. Anyone know what I did wrong?

You didn't register/buy the game...

All mods require having a fully registered version of the game, the demo doesn't cut it.

Spend $19.95 and enjoy hours of entertainment, trust me it's worth every penny.

Canion slowdown

Post by myviolentlugaru » Sun Apr 16, 2006 2:23 pm

first of all: great job, i love this new campaign.
then, my problem, - i'm at the Canion level, - but suddenly everything has slowed down, it's impossible to play, i restarted the game but nothing, it's still the same situation.. - is it a bug or only my problem?

cheers
