Something about the Debug.
Now I was wondering something about the debug mode in Lugaru. I like to make my guy mini and super powerful and go kick rabbit ass ... but it's tiring doing it every single level. So i was wondering if there is anyway to make permanent changes to your character? (If there isn't I hope they put something like this in Overgrowth).
*Update: Go to pg. 2 for the map

Some things you can save for the current map; that includes proportions and stuff. You'd have to save that for each map you want to be 'weird' in. See http://wiki.wolfire.com/index.php/Console_Guide

oh ok makes sense, well i did that and saved and it all worked out fine, yet it didn't save the size of my character, only the strength, speed etc.
Re: Something about the Debug.
proportion is NOT saved when you save a map.

Whoops. Sorry then!
Re: Something about the Debug.
well, enemy proportion is, but not player proportion.
Re: Something about the Debug.
Yeah, the workaround is to make all the other characters on a level a bit bigger or smaller. Kind of a chore at first, but with only 8 possible enemies per level you get a routine going.
One thing I liked about doing this is that it also encourages you to mix up the size and body shape of the enemies, so it looks more like a real gang of guys and less like an "attack of the clones".
Dressing them in different skins and different colors and types of clothes helps with that, too, and of course makes more work...
So, Mack111212, are you making us some map packs??? A CAMPAIGN??? Seems like verybody stopped modding Lugaru and is saving their energy up for Overgrowth.

I´d love to do a Lugaru map pack, but I actually know nothing about Blender.
(Lugaru levels are created with Blender, aren´t they?)

No, with a not-to-great level editor, Overgrowth has a better one.

Making maps with the in-game map editor is pretty easy though, doesn't take up too much time, and it's fun! You should try it
