Several pages in the Lugaru wiki have been blanked, for example:
http://wiki.wolfire.com/index.php/Chall ... el_Bonuses
http://wiki.wolfire.com/index.php/Attack_Bonuses
which are linked from the Lugaru Portal's main page. The pages have substantive content in their histories, but were changed to a blank page by Conner36. Thus, they're usable (via the History entries) but annoying.
The normal remedy for this would simply be to revert them. Thus I created an account, but the wiki says I still lack the proper group membership ("You are not a member of the required phpBB group"). Since my account is new, I know there are often anti-spam restrictions, but nothing I can see in the login error or the forum's UCP usergroups tab mention a restriction like this.
Thus I'm left with two questions: Were the wiki pages blanked intentionally, or are they the simple vandalism they appear to be? What do I need to do to acquire editing privileges on the wiki, or failing that, could someone look over the wiki to revert this batch of malicious edits?
(Apologies if this should've been in the Wolfire forum instead of the Lugaru forum - I went with Lugaru, since that's the only portion of the wiki I'd poked at)
Wiki - Blank Pages and Login Issues
Re: Wiki - Blank Pages and Login Issues
I'm not sure why Connor36 would have blanked those pages... it's very strange. He was at one point updating the Overgrowth pages, which had been helpful. I do know that during that period there were some login issues, and maybe he was in the middle of changing it, and then was forced to stop (I'm hoping that's the case...)
Anyway, I reverted those pages one revision, and all the information seems to be back. Thanks for letting me know.

Re: Wiki - Blank Pages and Login Issues
They were blanked to move the subject matter to more appropriate pages here http://wiki.wolfire.com/index.php/Lugar ... t_Strategy at the end and here http://wiki.wolfire.com/index.php/Lugaru_Walkthrough.
As of now the wiki is under construction but I'm making sure to not delete unique information. The pages Attack_Bonuses and Challenge_Level_Bonuses are too ambiguously named for the wiki. As of now it doesn't hurt to much for them to be dups. In the near future though, with a better system for viewing content on the wiki those pages will definitely need to be renamed, but they may still exist.

Re: Wiki - Blank Pages and Login Issues
Glad it could get remedied by mentioning this, for now at least
I'm a bit surprised at the labelling of those two pages as badly named - when I went to the wiki, those two pages were the exact content I was looking for, and their naming on the Lugaru index page immediately and accurately indicated their content to me. On the other hand, I would've simply ignored "Combat Strategy" or "Walkthrough", since I just wanted definitions & mechanical implications of ambiguous/qualitative terms, not suggestions about how to approach things (which both "Strategy" and "Walkthrough" imply to me, albiet with distinct further connotations). A Search might lead me to Strategy/Walkthrough pages, but I'd never think to look under such titles for the kind of info on those two Bonuses pages.
