First, I have to ask you if you're a bot :D . Are you? (then I can help you... if there is anything to help)

It would take a pretty sophisticated bot to make Lugaru mods :p

Eh... Well anyways :P :lol: : You have to put it in the Data/Textures folder. You were trying to embed it in the APP (?). That wont work unless it had package contents. I hope that helped :D . I haven't seen you before, so that's why I was kind of iffy about you...

First of all I'm not a bot(I don't think a bot can make a skin).OK now I did tried to emed it i the APP (so it was my first try to make a skin) how do you get a package contents?

P.S.=Used Irfan view for editing
P.P.S.= The skin is a new file I didnt take it outta the game just found a basis skin on a forum and i tried to edit it,that all I know about the skin oh it was a bitmap image and I converted to jpg

I see. To view package contents, control-click/right-click on the app and select "Show Package Contents" from the pop-up menu that appears. However, I don't think Windows supports this feature, and I don't think windows exe files support package apps, either. Namely, it's a mac only or mostly mac only feature.

Anyway, what you need to put the skin in is Lugaru/Data/Textures/ as a file named "Fur3.jpg".

I did put the skin in Lugaru/Data/Textures/ as a file named "Fur3.jpg" when I start the game go into challenge or campaign it gives me the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library and exits the program!

I thought you said you tried to embed it in the app, though!

I think Zip, David, or Jeff would be able to solve this problem better than I can.

I can tell you're not being sarcastic, as unless you're familiar with the errors windows gets when such a thing happens which I don't think you are, it's not that obvious.
