Funny, now that you mention it, Dragon -> Eragon. It's pretty silly to make up titles that way. Rabbit -> Sabbit. Wolf -> Xolf. Server -> Terver. Bomb -> Comb. Gay -> Hay.
Now with more letters and bigger steps: Bush -> Omfg -> Stfu.
^^lmao

Dudeman wrote:nice idea with the hawks (The eabbit and eolves just makes it sound like you have a speech problem, no offense), but how do i get it to follow me and attack and such? Also, putting Eugaru on the title would be nice, i was thinking somthing like Lugaron, though, either would be good. And finnaly, how do you get the red dots that you use to select the next lvl on the world.png file to go where you want them to, as you did in your campaign?
BTW, zatoichi, i was just planing on making a dragon skin (Yes, i can at least do that in photoshop) and putting it on the wolf model, or mabye ill just edit the hawk texture file.

Hey, I wasn't serious in proposing "Eww!" and "Eek!" for names.
I don't think you can control the hawk in any way.
For the red dots, open Data/campaigns/main.txt. "LocationX" and "LocationY" are the coordinates for each dot. If you have a Mac, open Data/Textures/World.png in GraphicConverter, and pick "Window>Show Position" for easy reference. (If you have a PC: buy a Mac, then open GraphicConverter etc)

I think Paint has a little coordinates indicator on the bottom left or bottom right corner of the window.

Hokay, so...
Wolfs = Monster dudes that you fight at the end, and in the middle of the story. Make a skin for those.
Rabbit skin 1 = Main.. dude.... forgot his name.....
Eragon = Duplicate the Hawk.solid and replace it's name with Wolf8.solid, and make a dragon texture for it.
Everything else = Rabbit solids with new textures.
Just make all those things interact and stuff (IE use the talking thing and make turner fight the dude in the castle without magic powers, but he's hella hard. He later finds out that he didn't kill him). We're going to have to change the story a little to have the Lugaru engine support all the needed effects/scenes/dialogues.
Edit: Wait.... Never-mind about the Eragon model. Just duplicate the Hawk.solid to Eragon.solid with an Eragon texture, and in the game when you're making them speak, you resize the hawk hella bigger. I think that might work

Wow, the hawk is a model!
I've always thought it's just a flat moving image.
Where did I get that from?
