I have reinstalled my OS not a long time ago, so when I tried to run lugaru it said it is missing some .dll file.
I have reinstalled lugaru on the same directory, but now the menus are very slow. The mouse and keyboard reacts very slow and it is almost impossible to enter the registration key.
Do you know what I should do?

It sounds like you may not have installed your graphics card drivers. I would recommend checking ATI or NVidia's site (depending on your graphics card) and downloading the latest drivers.
