That, particularly the seconds one reminds me of the Big mouth Vomit thingys from Prey. 
Edit: after looking at it on Quick time (Bad internet so used Quick time to view it) the blue coulors with the dark red and the smooth flow of the animations makes me want to Drink red wine!
That leaves me to nibble on my arm again...
