I was thinking along the lines of the domesticated piggy, but boars would work too.

I would love to see bears.

And I'm not just saying that because of Lone Wolf and CHAINSAWS.

Bears are fast, strong, and.. Agile.. Ish..

Every game has one of those enemies that are so strong and hard to kill you keep trying to find ways to go around them, but there are no ways around. Well, bears...

I dunno about bears, but I'm almost done drawing what I think the elephants would look like! No coloring though, accidentally deleted my photoshop and cant afford another one.

I call the elephant leader "Merrick", hehehehe....

I dont know if anyone will understand the connection, but if you do, I applaud thee!

Frog // Toad People?

Post by Ameefmu » Sun Sep 23, 2007 10:51 pm

Personally i would love to see Frog or Toad people.
A race that would rely on leaping to get around, i havent seen many frogs walk.
Being able to leap to places that even crouch+jump couldnt reach.
(Kangaroo race anyone?)

Frogs do seem to fit with some of the concept art.
That is a great idea!

Ooh!
What would be nifty!

Racial specific fatalities...
Or Racial Specific Things-to-do-to-an-enemy-while-they-are-unconscious.
Meaning... wolves could eat to regain health, nothing freaky like date-rape.

I love playing as an insect on L1.

Set height to something like 0.5 or something short, and then all proportions to 0.1 apart from head, which is 0.

Hey presto instant stick insect!

Set speed to 1.5 to have about normal speed, and power to 5 for killer stick-insect mode.
