snovy, helen keller was a woman who was blind and deaf, so technically she couldn't drive because of that but we say it's because she's a woman which is what makes the joke ridiculous and funny I suppose.

Women are considered better drivers because they actually do what they're told to on driving tests. The problem is they do it all the time. What you do to pass a driving test =/= driving well on the road (in a perfect world, it would, but this isn't a perfect world).
