Primitive Axe Sword
Image
Plucked from the hand of a Quake 3 goblin, touched up, sharpened, and placed at turners belt, gotta love it. I didn't make this model, only reshaped it a bit to look good, and of course got it working in Lugaru. Credit goes to whoever made the model.

Spear (Revised) Staff
Image
New spear, I wanted to make a staff, and it occurred to me that the previous spear wasn't all that detailed, so... Revision time! Hope you like it.

That's a really great spear. I like that you didn't try do do something "cool" like adding fifty-thousand spikes and making it glow rainbows. Simple, but awesome, just the stuff I like to download. Thank-you.

Your download link is broken. It ends with .jpg when the download (I got it from your site) is .zip.

Lotus, you've improved dramatically since I was here last year.

Good work. I'm fond of the textures you're using.

Why, thank you Stromboli! When you were first/last here I was still learning my way around blender, I had the basics but was not as good as you were. I admit that I was jealous of you when you first appeared. You were brilliant from the first piece of work I saw from you, and it shocked me how much more I had to learn. I learned a lot by studying your models and asking a few questions here and there, such as how you did your UV maps. Anyway sorry for rambling, but from what I've said you can see how much your compliment means to me. :D Thanks a lot. :)

Aegis Staff (Revised)

I've revised the Aegis Staff. Shorter, better model/texture, and placement. I like it. Hope you will too!

Kunai (Revised) Knife
Image
I've revised the Kunai, it looks so much better now. The texture's a little plain, but I think it fits the nature of the weapon.

Do you guys like what I'm doing, revising old and under-detailed weapons that is? Any other feedback, or thoughts you'd like to share?

Edit: Sorry for my frequent double to triple posts, I usually like to keep weapons that aren't in a set together in different posts.

I like the new versions of the weapons. You've picked some good ones to revise, too.

Throwing Axe Knife

This was asked for some time ago, sorry it took so long. My friend drew a concept of this weapon, and it got me motivated to make it.

That's awesome. Combine this with a BFS and a mace-for-a-staff, and you have the least subtle Turner EVER.

Dude Lotus, get a modeler position somewhere, please, your kind of skills must be needed someplace. You could seriously make some good money of this. :)

I'm trying. I've looked into selling models online but I'm a-feared that might bite me in the arse...

Buster Sword (BFS)

Another long overdue request. Sorry for the wait. I don't like the way the blood came out though... It's to big. Still a great weapon.

That's Awesome, Lotus Wolf.

Any chance of a sword with similar lines to the Talon Knife? It's my favorite 'cause it looks like a bunny ear-- or a leaf... it just looks like a kind of aesthetic a rabbit master swordsmith might find appealing.

(In your copious free time, of course, now that you have completely dominated Tannim's Climber map  )
