dialogue can't help, but I think the command in the console is hostile 0 or hostility 0 to take them off hostile, and don't do it while they're red or yellow.

the command is
hostile 0
to make the happy
and
hostile 1
to make them angry
check the wiki for dialogue, though dialogue isnt working for me!

strengthnear (number 1 is default higher is stronger) if I remember correctly, or failing that change your strength before placing an enemy.

All the info I've seen says power gives you health. Except that when I put my power up, enemies turn to a fine mist.

As far as I can see, power does not affect health. I think armour is the only variable that effects overall vitality.
Power might increase health, but it definitely increases damage more noticeably than that.

yeah you change your strength or power, and place the enemy.
