Devilsclub really has no idea what hacking involves, does he? You can't "hack" a forum account, the closest I can discern would be if someone guessed your passwords: highly unlikely, even more unlikely that anyone would care enough to.
You could say it was some kind of bot phishing, but then they wouldn't bother posting anything on the forum, and would rather go after your personal details in hope of monetary gain.
Thus, it's pretty obvious that devilsclub is trying to improve his image by blaming his ass-hattery on an "evil twin" hacker, instead of just starting fresh with a new username or something.
It usually works better if you blame it on a little brother or something.
