Had a chat with David in irc and the game's skeleton is free (as in freedom) now so it can be edited and distributed for the free pack we are working on.


<rabidweezle> our plan was to remake it all (new models, graphics, story, entirely new data folder) for free dist to linux/windows/mac etc that of course wouldn't be as good as yours, but they could drop in their paid data files instead

<rabidweezle> this keeps the gpl os's happy so they can put lugaru in their repos, and selling more of your game

That's great to hear, but I really would like to know how free the skeleton is intended to be. A license info update in the repository would do a lot of good..
