[IDEA][HELP]Ninja Mod

I was playing Lugaru and decided I wanted to possibly make a ninja mod for Lugaru.
New weapons, models, textures, music, and a new story.

Any ideas, suggestions, helpful info as to what tools to use to do such would greatly be appreciated.

I can't wait to get to work on the mod and hopefully get a release out soon.

Also, before you ask: On OS X, the config.txt is actually in /Users/YOUR_USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Lugaru/Data/
