I went to the Wiki and looked at the mods, however, before installing any, I would like to know what exactly they include. The New School Samurai doesn't seem to be working however. And lastly, I could've sworn I had read on some topic or another, about a Star Wars mod? *whew*

The Star Wars mod is righ there in the wiki, it's just named "Space Lugaru".
In the mods section, of course.

Ah right. Man, I feel pretty intelligent.

But here's the real question: Before I install any mods...what exactly do they contain. For instance,does the Star Wars mod have lightsabers or something, etc.

Well, the SW one mentions a lightsaber, but thats about it.

It's really hard to make good mods for Lugaru.
I think the lightsaber in the space mod is a retextured sword.

actually, the fact that you just retexture stuff makes it really easy to make mods. you can also mess with the models and make people-staffs and things of that sort.

Hmm, the texture for the sword changed...but not to a lightsaber, looks like a vibroblade from KOTOR now, with a black tip and different handle.....not the red lightsaber.

I, being a relative n00b!11!!! to this sort of thing, am having trouble installing this Space Lugaru mod. Anyone have it that could help me? I got the Sand textures, as well as the Sky ones to work, however, I can't get the lightsaber to work.

Marathon is an old (very old) shooter which everyone loves because it has a deep storyline, which many other games have.
Oh, and it appears Halo sucks.
