Hmmm, as far as I know there are no multiple paths. I could be wrong though. It would have to be very hidden or something, cause I never saw anything like that.

Obviously, there were different endings planned for Lugaru. Just check out those levels that didn't make it to the final game. But in the actual campaign, there are no different paths if you ask me.
