What browser do you guys use?

Cool, thanks for telling me, but there is one thing I still don't get. Can a browser be faster than another one? for example, chrome faster than firefox?

I mean, become so fully integrated into Internet use that when google finally says "jump" everyone pretty much has to ...

However since firefox is getting popular ... im thinkin its time to move to opera ...

Problem is, that this kind of security is anti-proportional to privacy. It's easier to identify you through browser profiling, if you use a uncommon browser. See panopticlick for details and a test how unique your browser is.

I am using firefox, but it bugs me a bit lately. Also there is no patch for a pretty urgent security problem with it now for days.

I use a mix of Firefox and Safari and I was trying Camino for a little while. Firefox is a bit clunky, but is otherwise a decent browser, Safari is awesomely fast, but uses a lot of memory (so does Firefox actually), while Camino is light-weight memory-wise, has features from FireFox, and has a decent speed...it has problems loading some websites (and fails Acid Test 3).
So far, out of the browsers I use, Safari is the only one that has passed all three ACID tests.

It gets to 94-100 on the last Acid test. It doesn't seem to always pass it. Which is weird.

It's sad that Safari, the main browser that jeff uses for his web development, which he often mentions when raving about webkit on the blog, isn't even listed as its own option.

I'm sad now.

I want to play an online game, but firefox is like "lolno" when I try to use it. And certain websites (mostly whenever I try to log onto something) don't work, so when I try to use another browser it's like "lolno" and won't let me download it.

and IE is just messing with me.

Used to use Safari but then I saw the light and switched to Chrome.

Had Firefox on the home PC for a while, before it murdered my PC, so I switched to Chrome, and that was amazing, then our home PC got upgraded, and we went back to IE8, which I am now using on my laptop, and I haven't gone near the PC in months.

I was thinking about putting chrome on my laptop, but IE8 is working fine (*touch wood* ) and I'm just too damn lazy.
