I loved the book, didn't personally think that the film did it justice, although, I did think that the film was pretty good. But I always imagined those doors as sliding up and down, and I'm pretty sure that that's how the book described them as opening and closing...

Oh, and while we're on the subject of the errors made whilst making the film, Zaphod's heads were supposed to be side by side weren't they? Oh and the Heart of Gold was supposed to be shaped exactly like a running shoe I believe.

@ zoidberg Yeah, I think that's right. It's a shame, because if you haven't read the books, you wont get a lot of the jokes in the movie, and if you have read the books, you'll be disappointed by how much potential they squandered. It was also a shame how he spent so long trying to make his books into movies, and then people finally decided to cooperate after he died.

The Radio Show is the original.
I've listened to it well over 50 times - for a couple years, I couldn't get to sleep unless I was listening to something, and I chose Hitchhiker's. As a result, I remember the first half of all the episodes really well, but the latter half less so (but I've still listened to the whole thing, consciously, at least a couple dozen times).

I like that art-style.
Is it possible that the artist is involved in Manga's, or is it only these stand-alone drawings?

Woah. Wait. Did you draw this... ?

This is developer/random art for a game.

HAHA, I wish, my art style isn't this developed.
I just really liked the overall composition of this image.

Here's the original:

Before you go exploring the place at work, quite a number of the images are NSFW.

If you really want to see some art I've made, I'll post a pen sketch I just did once I get home from work.

Boredom at work. I went a bit heavy on the crosshatching, but I was using a ball-point pen.

I think you might be onto something.
With a little practice, and hey, you would replace that guy.

It's better than anything I can ever create, in or out of Photoshop. Haha.

You can do human proportions and faces.

That automatically makes you a better drawer than I am.

My art class sucks.
