Best/Worst game endings

yeah i didnt know the sims had an end, i mean i know the sims 2 had an end on the PSP, but thats only because it actually had a storyline, and then they went and broke the fourth wall, and i mean smashed it to peices.

oh and whilst im on the subject of breaking the fourth wall, assassins creed 2, i actually thought that woman was talking to me and im like AGHH WITCH, KILL IT KILL IT KILL IT!!!!

DoA4 Helena- So dramatic

Megaman ZXA- not because the actual ending sequence, but because of the boss and the thing he says before he dies which I can't say.

Bad
Lugaru- Sorry, but you kill the alpha wolf and then get "you have won well done". But we all know the gameplay makes up for that (need.. Impressive.. CG.. Cutscene for L2)

Quake 3 arena- Xero is a statue. Yay. Now what?

Haha I played that but eventually lost interest. It was very good while it lasted. I liked the sci-fi/fantasy setting, that was pretty neat, and the main character walking around in her undies at the start was a nice touch.



Those developers were dirty feckers. Can we have some strong-willed female main characters that don't have to strip off at some point?

No, probably not.

All bollocks aside, it was quite a good game. Probably should have at least finished it because I went really far in it. I even got to that bit where you meet that guy in the office working for that corporation who could get killed by the corporation for helping you from the inside but he does it anyway. That sounds very vague but I'm sure you know which part I'm talking about. It took quite a while to get to that point, so I'm assuming it's nearing the end.

Shadow of the Colossus and Zone of the Enders 1 and 2 all have great endings.


Super Mario World had the worst ending ever. Especially if you know how to get to bowser early.
