Black Shades still on iTunes App Store?

I just upgraded to the iPhone 4 and noticed that Black Shades wasn't in my most recent backup. I went to find it at the iTunes Store and it's not showing up anymore. Did Apple remove it?

From iTunes: "The item you've requested is not currently available in the U.S. Store."
