Been done before, but the thread is buried somewhere way back. Anyway, someone posts a screenshot of a game (unedited please, if you have to Photoshop it to make it harder, find another screenshot) and whoever guesses it correctly gets to post their own screenshot. End of story.

And yours is an indie shoot 'em up by a spanish(?) dude that was released this year. It's free. It's pretty good as well. I know its name, won't say it though because noone guessed my thing, so I'm cranky now.

No, that's definitely Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. GTA 3 still had the numbered health; SA is the one with health bars.
