Probably going to pass on Homefront and save up for the money-robbing extravagenza this year that is the near-simultaneous release of Battlefield 3, Uncharted 3, MGS Rising, Resistance 3, and Skyrim sometime in November, not to mention the recently released Killzone 3 and the upcoming releases of inFamous 2 and Portal 2.

Homefront looks pretty good, but it didn't really pique my interest. I'd probably have to play the demo before deciding whether or not to buy it.

Skyrim and BF3 for me. I sold BFBC2 for Black Ops and completely regret it. I much prefer the tactical teamwork that Battlefield offers.

Homefront's campaign looks great, but the multiplayer looks really shaky from what I've seen so far. It almost looks like a rip-off of Bad Company, in fact, the "drone" is the exact same as BC2's UAV. Besides that, the animation looks iffy and the controls look clumsy.

That's just my 2-bits.

Me likey this song. Even though it's mostly vocal (and despite the slightly emo undertone) I like the uniqueness of it.

Posting that song in the thread about music would have been madness indeed.

It's there, you're just completely missing it.

I could put these in the Random Image thread, but that would be extreme necro-posting.
New huge wallpapers are huge.

I had to cut down the original image from its full size to fit my desktop:

A very contemporary piece of filmmaking. Notable for it's zen like neutrality. One could read anything into this film, which is, of course, extremely controversial. It is in fact, full of the absolute, the ether, the dark matter, in fact that sheer frightening 'nothingness'. It could be heaven or hell according to the interpreter and his/her subconscious. Excellent technical ability, accompanied by an economic script an an enigmatic storyline:
