Those are some impressive pieces, especially the ones from TheShadowInside and Gaz.

Gaz, what are those weapon concept arts for? If it's for some game, and especially if you're not sure how good the texture artists will be, you might want to work a bit more on the wood. It's a bit different in all of the three weapon images I can see: very saturated in the big revolver pic, very desaturated in the small revolver thing image, and somewhere in between in the rifle.
It's clearly wood, but in my experience, poor texture artists will follow the concept art too rigidly, and then one type of gun will have very saturated wooden parts while other will have much lower contrast and saturation.

They are concepts for a tabletop game so no 3D art involved (probably/hopefully).

Not mine, but I thought it was amusing.

Three pieces I made as part of a concept art course (hence some weird framings) I'm basically done with the course now, they are placed in chronological order. (click for bigger version)

Looks like a fun course! They look very nice. However, in the last piece, the scale of the trains looks a bit weird when you compare it to the scale of the windows behind the wall.

It's sci-fi, the trains don't have people on them at all, just goods, so they can in theory be almost any size. Though I have to agree that the scale might be a bit off.

Thanks for praise and feedback! :)

Oh hey, an art thread. Cool. I really like the alien... thingy on page 2 by TheShadowInside.

In other news, I can draw...well, kinda.

This last little one I was going to use as a forum avatar. But it's tad too large and I no longer have any image editing software on my computer and cannot be bothered downloading some.

That's creepy, the jumper you designed is pretty much identical to the one I'm wearing, which happens to be my favourite jumper...it even has three lines going horizontally across at the same area and the same colour scheme...STOP DESIGNING ME.
