The user(that is all we are allowed to refer to him as) was deleted from the forums, as well as any trace of his existence, and the internet of his entire country was removed. Why do you think we don't have any [CENSORED]users?

I get it now. We were both right. Jack's time zone is Pacific Central Time, so it was 11:06 to him when he joined. Thanks Freshbite!
