Holy shit. 2nd try at the game, and I only watched a few minutes of failed gameplay before. I nearly succeeded my first try, but I messed up by using the hammer.

After doing this, I looked at the top videos on youtube that were successes. No one was even in the 5000's, only one was in the 4000's(although one guy used glitches to get a perfect 5600(though it was still impressive)).

All the guys tell me I'm good with my hands, but holy shit.

In light of this, Jack, I think I will purchase five JackSucks. Why don't you show me how it works?

So how do you break open the guy's ribcage?

The only way I can do it cleanly without a lot of blood is a quick smash with the hammer.

Then I can use a scalpel to cut the arteries. The heart still is attached in there though. Not sure what is binding it :/

I use the bonesaw for the ribcage. You know, the large, not powered saw. You have to be really careful, but even if you mess up, it's not -1000 like the hammer. You are good with cutting the arteries, you just have to go a little crazy with the scalpel around the base of the heart where the arteries connect. That's why the guy died my first playthrough. I rage quit and murdered him. I figured it out the second time though. I still can't get the heart out easily though.

Also, if you want to safely(but pretty much cheatingly) remove the ribcage and lungs, go crazy on them with the metal cup.

I tried the bonesaw originally, but it didn't seem like it was cutting when I did a sawing motion on the bones.

Did you move the saw back and forth on the sternum or did you just pound his ribcage in with it.

On a more serious note, I can't seem to find a way to rip the heart out of the body. I've cut the four main arteries and still refuses to move. I tried hammering it a few times but to no avail...
