Post by bloodycoathanger » Mon Mar 11, 2013 9:20 pm

ive been trying to connect to the wolfire irc channel all day via the mibbit widget.
i get to finding hostname and then it says "Connection failed (Could not connect)"
i can see that there is 80 people online.
is anyone else having this problem?

yea it worked for me for a week or 2, but when i got out of bed this morning it wouldnt work, didnt change anything here.
ill do a restart and delete cookies and stuff and see if i can get it up again.

*** its working now, i didnt restart yet or anything, must have just been some temporary connection issue

the guys in the IRC channel say that it was down for a little while earlier.
so problem solved

Phil and Jeff were updating the servers, and there was an error with IRC, that's why it was down for an extended period of time.
