I don't think it does, but that'd be cool. It gets kind of old having to beat that damn zombie level every time

Higher ploygon counts, online play,a bit deeper gameplay and 2-3 more people on the development team.

Cheat codes make any game better!

It depends with cheat codes -- in some it makes them great, but in others it castrates it. In GoldenEye it was awesome because you had to earn them, and even then, you couldn't really 'cheat' on any of the levels.
But yeah, a bit more 'advanced' gameplay and multiplayer are the main things.

Add jumping a better looking maps, with a some more polygons, like in quake 3,like i said it would be better if there were some more people helping him develop the game, but other then that its a great game

The same minimalistic design (no textures, primitive models)
but lots of reflections, shadows, dynamic lighting, weather effects...

By "chaos mode" I assume you mean a mode where you don't have to protect the VIP, just kill everything?
It would be interesting if you could make the assassins attack the player... very interesting =D

Uh, I can't download Black Shades for OS X. The link doesn't work. It says that whatever site it's on can't be found. Could someone send it to me or tell me another place to get the game?

That's odd, because on some games (such as GoldenEye and Halo) I find it insanely hard to use if it's not inverted, but on games such as Black Shades I don't mind ... I guess that would go in the options, which Black Shades currently doesn't have.
But yeah, keep the polygonal aspect but add shadows and lens flares and a sky and whatnot -- basically take the effects from Lugaru but keep the polygons
