Sudden surge of spam
Re: Sudden surge of spam
That is unfortunate. I'm always a bit paranoid when banning a whole page of spam in Cyrillic - maybe one of these is a real question? Maybe I missed a single English post in there?
I've also occasionally approved posts that had been posted weeks before, having never been approved

If they have an issue, they'll message someone about it.

Re: Sudden surge of spam
I've seen fairly tame questions about mods or comments about things that just get reported. They're not "real" questions I suppose (mostly stuff like, "x thing is cool", or "Why won't x thing work", one word responses). But they're not spambots either.Endoperez wrote:That is unfortunate. No it doesn't show who reported, since anyone who has an account on the forums can report. The point of the report system is so someone can anonymously report a post without having to be singled out.Glabbit wrote:That is no good. Does it say who reported them?

JoshuaNuH wants us to gamble. He's betting his posting rights. Let's see how this hand plays out for him.

Filled a full page of the Randomness in a matter of hours. Rather annoying.
