For the past year and a half I have been looking at the Garage Games web site. And seeing how its at right now it is shaping up to be great for indenpedent game development. Since then I have been looking at new midea of the projects on that web site.
So what are your thoughts on GG and the torque game engine?

What do you mean by obsolete. Have you seen the updated versions of the engine. Indenpendent game developers are pushing the engine. And also the Torque Shader Engine which looks very very good. Almost as good as half life 2 or doom 3.

I like the engine. Come to think of it if I had the money and if I knew C++ then i would make a game with it.

It seems to crash quite a bit. I'll chalk that up to being a really, really early beta though. It sucks though, since it wipes my desktop background each time.

GG is cool but shouldn't this go in randomness.
