Some problems I'm already aware of:
The image descriptions are hidden by default, and are shown by clicking the image. They probably should be always visible.
The (i) info icon should fade in and out on mouse hover, so that it'd be clear that there's something interactive with the images & they can be clicked.
The download button (▼) some of the images have should be full-screen button instead.

Also, if anyone else from here plans to be in Nordic, it'd be nice to meet in person aka perform an act of unethical collusion.

Oh, that's nice! It reminds me of Rondellus, who make covers of Black Sabbath songs sung in Latin, in medieval style.

The idea is fun, but the ones you posted sound are more to my taste. That balalaika one was amazing!
