What do you mean what happened to them, Furrnox? Aubrey isn't working on Overgrowth since a while back and David is still programming on the game.

Why do you feel the need to release an alpha on schedule every two weeks? Why not take your time to make something fancy, and release something when you feel it is ready?

Will you guys make online multiplayer? :)

Because that's how they used to do it and people went apeshit, calling the team lazy, incompetent, the game a scam and a whole bunch of other nice things.

To me half the reason for it was because of decision making, deciding if they should switch engines or not, and hiring more people. That took a while.

I would be really interested to see a blog post about Game Engine development from David - for instance for the engine he talked about in ogw 104.
