i dont know, but if you set the armor or protection on a wolf really high, they become practically invulnerable!

A spinecrusher is actually a normal attack, it doesn't kill instantly, it just deals extreme damage. In the case of the alpha wolf, he's pretty damn strong, so his spine didn't break on the first try. :P

Either that, or he didn't die just from having his spine snapped. :?

Makes you wonder if you'd survive if you had your neck really tensed up at the time…

If you were a wolf in Lugaru and you had your neck tensed up, it might work. :P

Maybe the alpha wolf is just a really "roughneck" sort of guy? :D

Or maybe he bit Turner while he was being spinecrushed? :P

Indian or Native American? :|
and I think tensing your neck would do more damage to you.

It takes one sword slash to kill an unarmored bunny, two for armored bunnies and wolfies, and five to kill Alphie.

It usually takes about 4 or 5 unarmed attacks to kill a bunny, 10 to 20 to kill a wolf, and 40 to 50 to kill Alphie.

Other one hit kills like backstab or leg cannons into nearby walls kill everyone right away, but considering the above it's no surprise Alphie would survive the first SC.
